Ostara Goddess Playshop – Sunday 20 March 2011

At the time of the Spring Equinox, when day and night are in perfect balance, a time of birth and rebirth, of hope and new growth; of seperation and coming into independence, come join us in a celebration of your own divine femininity and sovereignty.

The day will draw on the energies of Persephone and Brigid; energies of fire and rebirth, excitement and joy.

Using story telling, music, movement, touch and laughter we will connect to our own inner goddess, the connection of sensuality, sexuality and spirituality, and explore what it means to be a woman, a mother, a daughter, a sister.

Held in Yoga Healing Glasgow in Glasgow’s West End (Unit 7 Mansfield Park, 22 Mansfield Street, G11 5QP)

On Sunday 20^th March 2011 between 10.30am and 6.30pm

The nominal fee for the day is £60, but Amy and Gillian offer you the opportunity to pay what you feel you are able to (please contact Gillian to discuss).

You will help create a sacred space in which you can relax, open, heal, reclaim and support others to do the same.  You will be fully honoured and there will be no pressure to participate.

The workshop will be lovingly facilitated by Gillian Alexander and Amy Palko
